Small independent house of 65m² on two levels, with sea view, three terraces and large garden typical of the region (in espalier). House with at the high level, ground floor entrance on living room, with sofa, sleeping 2, corner kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Low level, large room with 2 beds, one double, overlooking the terrace.
The house is 150m from the street where you can park your car.

Nice house above the see

No problem with communication. The description is accurate. I would recommend this property to everybody who wants to spend an active holiday in Italy.

Talo kukkulalla merinäköalalla

Heinäkuun kaksi viikkoa vierähti leppoisasti upeissa Ligurian maisemissa. Talo sijaitsee rinteessä, oliivipuu-lehdossa, josta on todella upeat näkymät alas Tigullion-lahdelle ja Santa Margheritaan. Varsinkin illan pimetessä, kun kaupungin ja kukkula-asutusten valot pikkuhiljaa syttyivät. Nettisivujen kuvat kertovat hyvin itse talosta ja sisustuksesta. Lomailu ilman autoakin onnistui hyvin. San Lorenzon kylä on noin kilometrin päässä missä on kolme ravintolaa, pieni kahvila, pienenpieni kauppa, josta saa kyllä perustarvikkeita elämiseen, sekä tietysti kirkko. Bussit kulkevat noin kerran tunnissa alas Santa Margheritaan ja Rapalloon sekä toiseen suuntaan Camogliin ja Reccoon. Koska talo on kukkulan rinteellä niin jalan kulkeminen vaatii tietysti vähän ponnisteluja, varsinkin kesähelteellä, mutta maisemat kyllä korvaavat lievän vaivan näön. Itse kylän "keskustan" läpi ajaa "minuutissa", mutta rinteellä on melko runsaasti asutusta. Osa tuntuisi olevan loma-asuntoja. Santa Margheritasta ja Rapallosta on hyvät junayhteydet muihin rannikon pikkukaupunkeihin. Laivoillakin toki pääsee. Thanks Stéphane and especially your lovely mother. Beautiful views and quiet location ideally placed to explore the Italian Riviera.

We loved staying at this property because we were in the heart of beautiful countryside yet close to many coastal towns. It was easy to reach Genoa and the Cinque Tere by train from Santa Margharita. Porto Fino and a variety of lovely coastal towns were within easy reach. Santa Margharita was a great place to shop for food with a good range of bakeries, greengrocers, pasta shops, fish stalls and delicatessens making self catering easy. We ate out at the local restaurant in San Lorenzo which is well worth a visit. As we arrived very late in the evening, Stephane arranged some shopping for us which was kind. The property was clean and the views outstanding. We loved the local wildlife especially the frogs singing in the evenings, the fireflies and the wild boar and piglets we spotted one night close to home. It was a little walk from the parking to the house but we were expecting that and it kept us fit. My only criticism of the property is that it is a little basic and there are only two cooking rings on the hob. If you want a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer or fancy kitchen equipment, it may not be for you. In you want authentic Italy, a beautiful garden with three terraces and outstanding views in the heart of the Italian Riviera, I can highly recommend this property. Many thanks Stephane.

Beautiful view!!

Truly enjoyed the view. Be prepared to walk to get to the house and don't carry heavy pieces of luggage because of the same reason. The view made worth the walk. The only negative thing we had was not having enough toilet paper (that's a necessity) for the nights we stayed there.

Die Casa liegt am Rande des Naturschutzgebiets Portofino an einem nach Südosten ausgerichteten Berghang in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Umgebung. Sowohl von den Räumen aus als auch von den Terrassen hat man einen weiten Blick über den Golfo di Tigulio und auf die Bucht von Santa Margerita Ligure bis nach Sestri Levante ganz im Osten. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, bietet aber das Notwendige, um auch einen längeren Aufenthalt genießen zu können. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein und das Treppensteigen nicht scheuen, denn die Unterkunft erreicht man nur zu Fuß nach ca. 150 m auf einem schmalen Weg und die Treppe ins untere Geschoß, wo sich auch das Schlafzimmer befindet, ist recht steil. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir immer eine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe gefunden, in der Hauptsaison sollte man sich eventuell darauf einstellen, etwas weitere Wege in Kauf zu nehmen. Wanderungen im Naturpark vom Haus aus sind möglich. Einige Routen stellen erhöhte Anforderungen, bieten dafür aber unvergessliche Eindrücke in einer Landschaft zwischen Mare e Monti. Nach Genua sind wir übrigens auf dringenden Rat von Einheimischen mit der Regionalbahn gefahren. Noch ein allgemeiner Hinweis zur Mobilität vor Ort. Busse verkehren regelmäßig und sind nicht teuer. Wir waren mit einem E-Auto unterwegs und haben ausreichend Lademöglichkeiten vorgefunden. Wer mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend erkunden will, sollte auf allen Straßen mit engagierten Verkehrteilnehmern auf zwei und vier Rädern rechnen.

Vue incroyable sur le golfe de la Ligurie

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Ligurie de Gènes aux 5 terres.Nous avons apprécié la fraicheur du soir sur les hauteurs de Santa Margherita Ligure.Le propriétaire est vraiment très agréable et arrangeant.La maison est propre avec deux terrasse pour les repas.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Hat alles super geklappt. Besonders die Aussicht auf die Bucht. Alles sehr entspannend. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses sind Mangelware. Dafür wird man mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick entschädigt. An der Hauptstraße unten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Es ist ratsam in die nächst gelegenen Ortschaften mit dem Bus zu fahren. Parkplätze sind dort absolute Mangelware. Das Bus- und Bahnsystem ist sehr gut ausgebaut. So kommt man entspannter in die nächstgelegenen Ortschaften.

Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Santa Margherita Ligure

Wir waren dieses Jahr im Juli zu zweit mit unserer Hündin in der Unterkunft und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und das im unteren Stockwerk gelegene Schlafzimmer sorgt in Kombination mit einem nutzbaren Ventilator für angenehm kühle Nächte bei den warmen Temperaturen. Ein Tipp von uns: Schließt nachts die Fenster, um nicht ganz den Mücken ausgeliefert zu sein. Das „Herzstück“ der Unterkunft sind die beiden Terrassen und der wunderbare Ausblick auf die Bucht von Santa Margherita. Zudem bietet die Ferienwohnung einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren, zum Beispiel nach Portofino, San Fruttuoso oder Camogli. Seid etwas achtsam wegen der Wildschweine vor Ort. Unsere Hündin blieb aus diesem Grund stets an der Leine. Auch der Kontakt mit Stephane war wirklich super. Er hat immer schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, und auch vor Ort gibt es mehrere Ansprechpersonen. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich toller Italien-Urlaub

Sehr schöne Location!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Lage und der Blick auf die Bucht von St. Marghareta sind genial. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr minimalistisch, was eigentlich ok war, jedoch sollten einige Gebrauchsgegenstände in nächster Zeit erneuert werden. Die beiden Gaststätten in Lorenzo della Coste sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

nettes Häuschen, gute Lage, super Aussicht

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Lage am Hang mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht! Jeden Morgen ein Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen von Ostligurien. Ein kleines Häuschen mit drei Terrassen nach unterschiedlichen Seiten ganz ruhig gelegen in einem Garten am Hang. Wir waren 2 Wochen (September/Oktober) in San Lorenzo della Costa. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es gibt genügend Terrassenmöbel vorne wie hinterm Haus. Das Häuschen ist einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet. in der Küche ist wirklich genügend Geschirr und Besteck, die Einrichtung im Haus ist schlicht. Parkmöglichkeit an der schmalen Straße, kein Problem. der Fußweg ins Dorf dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Nach Santa Margherita oder Rapallo kann man stündlich ganz einfach mit dem Bus kommen.

Tolles kleines Häuschen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Wohnung ist auch mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen, vorausgesetzt man ist gut zu Fuß (15min zur Bushaltestelle).

Aux portes du paradis !

Au calme (hormis les chiens du voisinage qui n'arrêtaient pas d'aboyer !), avec une vue splendide, en plein coeur de nature, très bien situé pour rayonner dans les environs. À noter : climat humide; pas de rideaux occultants (persiennes à l'italienne 😉). Nous avons apprécié la situation, la literie plutôt confortable, les terrasses, l'accueil de la voisine Bruna et la disponibilité du propriétaire. On s'est régalés !
