Dimora di Circe, with its exclusive position directly on the beach, is the perfect Villa to relax with an unforgettable holiday.
Ideal for romantic holidays for couples or for families looking to relax, it can accommodate up to 5 guests, having 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed.

The Villa consists of a large garden, planted with Mediterranean scrub, with a splendid veranda overlooking the sea, barbecue, outdoor shower and direct access to a small sandy beach, almost inaccessible to outsiders.
The swimming pool (3 x 2 metres; minimum depth 0.30 metres; maximum depth: 0.60 metres) is equipped with a heating system (up to 26 degrees).


From the characteristic patio, with deck chairs and table for outdoor dining, you enter the single room that serves as a living room/kitchen. The large windows give a great brightness to the environment and guarantee a wide view of the sea, with splendid sunsets over the Mediterranean.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, coffee pod machine, kettle.
In addition to the dining table, there is also a comfortable large sofa, armchairs and rocking chairs.

From the kitchen you have access to the 2 bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds, internet-connected smart Tvs, private bathrooms with toilet and shower, and chests of drawers/wardrobes.

All internal environments have their own air conditioner and an excellent Wi-Fi signal.

At the back of the house there is also a small garage with washing machine and drying rack.

The minimum stay in high season is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday (check-in from 16.00, check-out by 10.00).

During your stay you will always be assisted by multilingual staff.

The cost of the reservation includes:
- Electricity consumption
- Sheets (weekly change)
- Towels (changed midweek)

Not included in the rate:
- City tax
- Security deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival (€)

- Late check-in (€after 21.00).
