Upon entering our villa, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and Smart TVs invite you to relax, while the kids' room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed is perfect for little ones. The room with a fireplace offers a cozy retreat with a sofa bed, ideal for magical winter evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and the dining room with a fireplace sets the stage for convivial evenings with loved ones. The tavern, featuring a built-in kitchen, a large table, and a sofa bed, is the heart of the villa—perfect for gathering and creating unforgettable memories.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a changing room with a laundry area and bathroom, accessible from the patio. Reserved parking ensures convenience, while the 15,000 sqm valley with a lawn, accessible from the garden, offers endless space for exploration and play. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available both inside the villa and in the garden.

Outside, the patio with a wooden pergola and a large table invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, surrounded by the beauty of the garden and breathtaking views of Mount Matese. The saltwater pool with a hydromassage feature (heated upon request for an additional fee) is perfect for unwinding at sunset, enjoying the stunning mountain panorama.

In the expansive garden of Tenuta Fortilù, you'll find a magnificent Finnish barrel sauna with a wood stove, accommodating up to 8 people, and a large hot tub (wood-heated hydromassage tub) with space for up to 6 people. A fire pit area provides a cozy spot for cool outdoor evenings, while the barbecue zone, complete with garden tables and a fantastic hammock, offers the perfect setting for relaxation. At night, the garden transforms into a magical space thanks to the enchanting lighting throughout the property.

One of the hidden gems is the charming stone cellar. As you step into this unique space, you’ll be welcomed by a warm and intimate atmosphere, where stone walls and soft lighting create a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Here, (available upon request and for an additional fee) you can enjoy your meals or share a glass of wine with friends and family.
