The hotel rooms were nice and clean, though the sheets and pillows could use some improvement for better comfort. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Great location—close to several restaurants, with a Xoxo convenience store right next door. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is a plus!

Great stay

Very friendly staff, and a security officer in the plaza to handle pre-checkin bag drops. Rooms are comfortable, and reasonably well appointed.

Very well maintained, but no extras in the room. No coffee, no fridge, etc. Two bottles of water every day, but that was all. The wi fi and internet were extremely slow when they worked. Often I was unable to send or receive an email. As for TV, the only English Channel was CNN.

It is one of the first hotels when getting to Huatulco from the airport. It is across the street from ADO bus station and there is a Soriana right behind the bus station. Location is very convenient, only a few blocks from the zocalo main square. There are tons of restaurants around and late night snack is available from an onsite OXXO. Staff very friendly, they even loaned me a safety deposit box when all the rooms with a safety box is rented out.

Good location for bus travelers, but I guess that is the only thing I’d stay in this hotel. No amenities, room smelled like bathtub plumbing.

Cons : If you decide to stay here please take some ear plugs with you if you want to have a good night sleep. Walls are paper thin and hotel is in the corner of 2 major busy streets day and night. First night we did not sleep at all. Next day we talked to the receptionist (STAFF IS AWESOME BTW) we told her about our noise concern and she was able to move us to a room at the end of the hall with no neighbors and further from the street intersection. If you are a light sleeper I do not recommend this hotel at all. Pros : Hotel is well situated, 5 min walk to town center plaza. Short 5 min / $1.50 dlls taxi drive to beach . Staff go above and beyond we also felt really safe there.
