This is a beautiful condo and a great experience for our 1st time in Huatulco. We were there end of April/early May so low international tourist time so was very nice and low key. The AC in the condo works great and was so refreshing as this was a hot time of year to be in the area. The staff were lovely and helpful. Eileen who is the administrator there is very kind and helpful. Her husband, Alejandro, runs a guided tour company so we went with him twice, once to a coffee plantation and another time to waterfalls. Excellent experience with him and nice being driven around by a local who is very knowledgeable and comfortable driving around. This condo is very spacious and well equipped. I think it’s good to be aware of a few things and accuracy could be improved with description. VRBO says this property is beachfront which technically isn’t but you can see the ocean a little bit from the floor 3 condo which it was. I was a little disappointed with the inaccuracy but ended up absolutely loving being among the palms and listening to the birds. Chahue beach is 3 min walk and is beautiful but isn’t a snorkeling beach as there are riptides there. Strong swimmers/locals do swim there but know it is not water safe for children or people who do not know how to swim. We taxied to Entrega n Maguay to snorkel. Also, be aware that there isn’t guest accounts on their tv, you have to log in with your own. Be really nice to have guest accounts. Also be good toilet paper was stocked more.
