Publicidad engañosa, incomodidad total

Publicidad engañosa. Apartamento para 5 personas supuestamente y solo contaba con una cama doble y un sofá cama sencillo, a 2 personas nos acomodaron en un colchón inflable sencillo, aún así me cobraron un adicional de 225 mil y solicité cambio de apartamento o devoción del dinero y la única respuesta que recibí era que me quedaba ahí o que buscara por mis medios, pero que el dinero que había pagado no me lo podían devolver y que lo perdía, es decir, obligado me tocó quedarme
