The swimming pools were great. Everything was excellent. However, keep in mind, if for whatever reason you need to make cash payments, they do not have that option, they only work with plastic.

El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos, el personal es increíblemente profesional,la propiedad es hermosa y muy segura! El Hilton es mi segunda casa cada vez que visito santa Marta. El servicio del restaurante es increíble, tanto Yomari como todo el personal son muy amables y profesionales. Awesome stay. Staff and most of the facilities are excellent. There is not enough shade at the Terrace or 3nd floor pool areas. The rooftop terrace bar and pool area was unbearably hot. Breakfast is very good. We had a couple of bad meals but overall the food is good. I wou recommend this hotel if in the Santa Marta area.
