Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

La reserva con anticipacion NO ES VALIDA

Cuando llegue me dijeron que ellos no tenian ninguna reserva a mi nombre, que era error de booking. Lo mas probable es que asi sea pero esto NO DEBE OCURRIR menos en fechas tan complicadas como semana santa. Tuve que ponerme a buscar un lugar donde hospedarme a ultima hora!
