The house has three floors:

- The first floor has a living-dining room with chimney, an open plan kitchen equipped with all the accessories and electrical appliances: washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc. and a toilet and a wonderful terrace to enjoy the good weather of this area.



- The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with two single beds and a bathroom.

The house has all the comforts to make your stay unbeatable: a television in the living room, a fireplace...

Bed linen (clean sheets), towels and tablecloths, iron, hairdryer and ironing board are provided.





The location is perfect: it is only 300 metres from the beach (blue flag, awarded by the Valencian

Valencian Community) and 10 minutes from Alicante airport. It is also very close to a restaurant centre. There are small shops close by and you can take a tourist train and a city bus train and city bus, which takes you to a shopping centre where the supermarkets are.



On the beach they have opened a beach bar where they organise all kinds of water sports. A few steps above the beach is a nice and modern place to dance or have a drink.



In front of the beach is the Clot de Galvani (nature reserve), ideal for hiking and cycling.
