This amazing house is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach and offers a serene and inviting atmosphere for guests. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 porches, and 2 balconies, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
Downstairs is an open living and dining area with a well-stocked kitchen. You can find a half bathroom on the lower level, as well as one of two primary bedrooms with a king bed and walk-in shower.
Upstairs is the other primary bedroom, which has a queen bed and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. There is also another living area with a couch and TV, plus a common space with twin bunk beds. You will find another bunk room and a full bathroom right down the hall.

The Lakeside neighborhood is filled with trees, nature, and a community pool, which is steps from the front door. You are within a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Beach Access. We provide all the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and bikes at no extra cost, to ensure you will have a great time! Blue Mountain favorites, including Redfish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Blue Mountain Bakery, are within walking distance.
Our place is only 2.5 miles from a Publix grocery store, 3.5 miles from Grayton Beach State Park, and 4.5 miles from Seaside. Enjoy an easy drive down Scenic 30A to find other public beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions to make your vacation memorable. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

Wonderful Stay

My family (five adults + one child) greatly enjoyed our stay at Kyle & Elizabeth’s house. It’s wonderfully spacious, clean and had everything we needed. My daughter was thrilled by how close we were to the community pool. Having the golf cart made getting to the beach so much easier. There’s plenty of beach chairs and to use. My mom and I greatly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on one of the many porches. We had a great week and will be checking to see if this house is available for future trips!

Great house! Great location!

This was the perfect house for our family to celebrate the 4th of July! Everything was perfect. The location is a nice 10 minute walk from the beach. Several restaurants, coffee shops, and a great donut place all nearby. We will definitely look to stay again!
