Red Bar and Chringo Bar are 300 yards to the South and that is where one of the beach accesses is located. Back patio and pool area are nicely furnished and a great place to hang out by the pool and cook out. There is also a screen porch on the back of the home. Note the 2 masters are in the main section and 2 other bedrooms are separated with the pool in between them so you walk out of the house to get to each one on the pool deck. Parking for 3 cars and we see alot of guest on this street like to rent a golf cart for the week which you can do at Electric Golf Cart of SANTA ROSA BEACH. Flat screen Smart TV’s in main house. Grayton has so much to offer and several restaurants within walking distance of this home. Pool heat is available for additional fee. Sunday to Sunday only during peak seasons.
