Great location to multiple beaches

We enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. The home was clean and spacious enough for our group, especially with the bunk room. We could get to Santa Rosa Beach access within 6 minutes and Seaside and Destin in 15-20 minutes. The pool area was quiet and comfortable to relax.

Kara Lake Townhome

Townhome was very cozy and comfortable as well as peaceful. Everything about this place was convenient for my family everything needed was there didn’t have to reach out to Manager for anything everything was laid out for my family stay.

New Property in a growing area.

The condo was super clean and just around the corner from the grocery store. It was a quick drive to the beaches and shopping. Some patio furniture would be nice, but it was a great stay regardless. It worked out great for our family break.

Clean property

The townhouse was in the perfect location! Very clean and quiet! Everyone in the complex is very nice. The townhouse was very nice, brand new! The only negative we had was that the blinds didn’t go all the way down and there wasn’t any privacy on the bedroom doors to the outside, they are glass.
