Conveniently located across from the pond and steps away from the big green playing field at Camp WaterColor, 176 Red Cedar Way, has all the luxuries a house affords! The unique open floor plan and beautiful décor are perfect for entertaining and enjoying time as a family.

The fully equipped kitchen has Thermador and GE Monogram appliances with a bar that seats five and dining table for twelve. Just off the kitchen is an awesome playroom for the kids to enjoy with a TV, a chalkboard door, and plenty of toys. The home is equipped with two laundry rooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs. The living room has a 66” flat screen Apple TV where you can enjoy your own movies and music by logging into your iTunes account. With surround sound throughout the entire house, you can listen to music while cooking dinner or watching the sunset from the outside deck. There are two fireplaces, one indoor gas fireplace and one outdoor wood burning fireplace on the back porch.

The sleeping areas of this house are just as upscale as the living areas. Each bedroom has its own state of the art flat screen TV. A master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and access to the relaxing back deck. This master bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities.

The second floor of this house has more than bedrooms. A favorite family hideaway is the cozy book nook at the top of the stairs. If you need a break from the home office, step out onto the fabulous front screened porch or open porch where you can enjoy views of the Camp WaterColor pond. Past the full size laundry room are two queen bedrooms each with their own private bathroom containing a shower and tub combination. There is a second master king bedroom on the second floor with access to a back covered porch and relaxing daybed. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The fifth bedroom is a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 and a pull out sofa bed, truly a kid's dream!
