I Mirti Bianchi Bilo 4 With Shared Pool, Santa Teresa Gallura, Italy

The I Mirti Bianchi residence is located in the renowned town of Santa Teresa Gallura in a quiet location and a few minutes walk from the town center, characterized by the lively square and artisan shops in the historic center. From the modern marina it is possible to reach the nearby Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of the Island of La Maddalena.

The residence is located only about 800 meters from the beach of Rena Bianca, characterized by fine and very white sand and an incredibly crystal clear sea; on the beach there are bathing establishments (whose opening of services is at the discretion of private managers) and, nearby, diving centers.

The village offers a public bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata available from mid-June to mid-September, whose stop is about 500 meters from the structure.

The apartments are located in a three-storey facility in the town center, which frames a beautiful heated swimming pool with whirlpool for adults and children. The Residence has an elevator that connects them to the internal garage.

The 45MQ apartments consist of living room, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and can be either on the ground floor or on the first floor or on the second floor.


MANDATORY TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Fully equipped kitchen and delivery of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, in cash, it is mandatory for the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 returnable at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the hours of the reception office, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (deposit to be paid by the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals beyond 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure, to release KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential setting and the photos are explanatory.
