Amazing house for 3 guests, with private jacuzzi, in the urbanisation of Son Moja and at 1.6 km from Cala Santanyí beach.
This fantastic urbanisation house is situated at only 1.6 km from the beach and offers amazing exteriors with a beautiful porch, a covered terrace and private jacuzzi, fact by which your days here are going to become in pure rest and relax. Start the day having a coffee at the porch or having breakfast under the cane-covered terrace, for then relax in the jacuzzi, 2.2 x 2.2 m, that can be heated up to 28º C, or you can go to swim at the sea. And, one the way back home, barbecue is waiting for you! If you feel like enjoying a more cosy atmosphere, an external staircase leads to an upper terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a sun-protected sofa area where you can relax and have a drink.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room, equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, open to the kitchen-dining area, equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook just like at home. The laundry room features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and A/C, and another with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. You can exercise on the machines in the charming gym, inside which there is also a bathroom with a shower. A crib, a high chair, and 2 fans are available.

Son Moja is a familiar urbanisation belonging to Santanyí, ideal for those who love the tranquility and coastal places. The paradisiacal Cala Santanyí cove is 15 min walking or less than 5 minutes driving, an absolute privilege! Regarding the services, in this area will not lack you anything, from bars, restaurants and much more.

The staff will visit the house every 2 days to check and analyze the jacuzzi water.
