Country House 'Can Simonet' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Beautiful finca for 6 people, equipped to a high standard with barbecue, terrace, Mediterranean garden and pool for sole use near Es Llombards near Santanyi.

Finca Can Simonet is located on a plot of 17 hectares very close to the village of Es Llombards and was completed in 2010. It is very close to Cala Llombards and the famous Es Trenc beach and meets the highest standards. The spacious living/dining room has a dining table with chairs and a cozy sofa area with a flat screen in front of the fireplace. You will receive German television. The villa has three bedrooms for two people each. If there are seven of you, we will put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. You will sleep in one of the two double or single beds. With a total of four bathrooms, you have plenty of privacy. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard. There is a summer kitchen by the pool area with a large dining table and oven. Of course there is also a barbecue in the outdoor area. All rooms are at ground level. In the large underground garage (164 sqm) there is a table tennis table. From the upper terrace you have a great view over Es Llombards to Ses Salines. Enjoy this vacation in "your" Mallorca finca with its own large pool (12 x 5 m) and spacious terrace with no direct neighbors. Here you are undisturbed.
