Average stay, our bathroom leaked for 6 days (floors flooded) and only offered a room change the day before we left. Offered a 70 euro compensation to be spent at the hotel however when we purchased drinks, only given 50 euros credit- too late to speak to anybody as again this is as only offered the night before we left. Pool facilities great but overcrowded and no sun beds available from 8.30 daily. Restaurant good but little to no vegan options, no vegan options for dessert at all except sorbet twice. Friendly staff.

Not Ready for Guests – Disappointing Stay

Sadly, our stay was very underwhelming. The hotel is still under refurbishment, which wasn’t clearly communicated. There was no pool bar, a sewage smell coming from the air con, and the lift wasn’t working—especially dangerous and inconvenient with a baby. Staff communication was poor, and there was no real apology for any of the issues. The hotel might be nice once finished, but right now, it’s simply not ready. Wouldn’t return until everything is fully complete and functional.

Very nice hotel. Access to the two cala’s is superb. Many outdoor options available throughout the resort. The room was very clean but outdated. I believe they have started renovations of the rooms as the one we had did not reflect the pictures at the time of booking. My only criticism is although it’s a family resort, I booked it anyways as the property description indicated there were family and adult only separate pools. Crying children were heard although this was the case. Same at breakfast, kids were running around the breakfast area as if it was a playground.

We stayed in a top floor premium apartment which was very nice, spacious and light with a lovely large balcony. Food was nice with plenty on offer. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Beautiful location with a small sandy beach which was very busy but it was high season still, very busy around the pool too. We will definitely return but probably at a slightly less busy time!

Room was nice - as in pics. cleaners super friendly and efficient. Pool and service areas main areas of disappointment. Pool way too busy, could barely move - has an over 16 pool but way too short on space to restrict one in my opinion. Lifeguards patrolling to remove belongings from sunbeds. Service areas such as beach restaurant neither friendly nor efficient. Begrudged paying for sunbeds on the beach which were clearly Inturotel as was all their signage. EUR 9 for two coffees when EUR 3 in the bakery up the road. Breakfast in the restaurant has long queues snaking through reception so never bothered. Nothing particularly wrong with it but certainly wouldn’t stay again peak season

Expectations are higher for the amount of service received. Had to pay for the beach loungers and umbrella at the beach side whereas the ones by the pool was free. CardSlow and inefficient process accessing to most of things. ie. Needed to go to reception to activate the safe with unnecessary deposit. And interestingly, they could not make an authorisation on the card but asked for cash instead which did not make sense. Needed to wait until after 10am to get beach towels…

Loved the location for the beach and there was an adult swimming pool that we could use to get away from noisy families. Xisca who was the room attendant to L212 who was polite and smiling all the time and was always happy to help with the extra towels. The life guard should on one occasion did not do anything about the dogs mess that was on the grass near the adult when I informed them of it and it was still there by the end of the day. Not a good thing if the hotel wants to good to continue with the clean look of the resort.

Well laid out modern apartment with good amenities and good resort facilities. Unfortunately a handful of parking spaces for a multi-hotel resort. On site dining was expensive but plenty of options within 15 minute walk.

Nice area. It was right by the Cala esmeralda beach and close to restaurants. Our room was clean and had a sliver side view of the water. The breakfast was good. They had typical items such as salad, bread, eggs, yogurt and one day they had smoked salmon and another day they had Belgium waffles. I didn’t like that the juices were from a machine. The coffee was also and the capuchinos were just okay. The parking was tight and not enough but free. We got lucky coming back late one night. Our room was very cold for two nights by the time they finally fixed it. They have a kids club which seemed nice for kids and parents. Our kids 6 & 7 enjoyed the indoor pool as it was cold in late April but it gets very crowded as everyone was there. The staff were all very nice. Place was clean. Beds are comfortable and there is a small kitchen. Room set up was great for families.
