The check in experience was horrible. The employees were not welcoming at all and gave very vague information on how to go to my room (the hotel has multiple buildings), it really felt like I was bothering them… I asked for a different room right away (they gave me a room above the restaurant and the pool) because, as a solo traveler, I preferred to be in a quiet area. The employee had no desire to help or empathy and said that the room was on the second floor and I wouldn’t hear anything… I, of course, heard everything, the rooms are not well isolated. The pool was extremely noisy with nighttime animation, music, people and kids being very loud. The room when I checked in was not very clean (sand on the floor, hair in the shower). The bedsheets are extremely uncomfortable and the towels were old and overused. I do not recommend this hotel, it’s not worthy of 4 stars at all.
