We rent the bottom floor. We keep the first floor closed for storage.
Located in one of the most privileged areas of the southeast of Mallorca, on the main road, just 2 km from Ses Salines and 800 meters from Es Llombards.
Casa Cocó is located at finca Ses Comes and was built in the 19th century. Until its remodeled it was an agricultural producing farm, that its inhabitants lived from it. Has been completely remodeled and converted into a comfortable house, keeping all its rural character.
The space
3 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200cm, 1 bed 140 x 200cm and two beds 90 x 200cm), 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. All in the bottom floor. We keep the first floor closed for storage.
