"Ti an Dossen" the house of Dossen, it has the charm of a house of character with its large slates, its blue shutters and the modern comfort that you can expect from a completely renovated house.

It is located in a quiet street near the National Forest, the Ile de Sieck, 300 m from the sea on foot, 230 m as the crow flies.

All the living rooms of the house are on one level, the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, a bedroom as well as the terrace, the veranda, which makes the house pleasant for people with mobility difficulties. .

The house has 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs one on the ground floor you have 8 beds, but the house is also suitable for a stay for two because it is cozy and warm. The living room with the fireplace and its alcove. The pleasant veranda in all seasons, a calm environment in an enclosed garden.

In our price everything is included:
Electricity, firewood in winter, quality household linen, sheets and towels (the beds are made). We have installed a water filter, to avoid the purchase of bottles.

The strong points:
Very functional and pleasant house to live in all weathers. Access for people with reduced mobility. Restaurant bar at 500 m. Shops in the village at 3km. Roscoff and Saint Pol de Léon less than 10 minutes by car. Beach 300 meters on foot. 2 bicycles are at your disposal, as well as a ping pong table.
Nautical activities kite surfing, sand yachting, surfing... Many hiking trails, the GR 34 passes in our street.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Le Dossen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll ausgestattet, mit allem was benötigt wird. Genug Handtücher und Ausstattung vorhanden. Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten und befindet sich in einer super Lage zum Strand. Zu Fuß hat es keine 5 Minuten gedauert. Schöner großer Strand und so viele schöne Strände in der Nähe zu entdecken. Mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem Rad. Wir wollten nicht mehr nach Hause. Daniele und Alain sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, wurde uns umgehend geantwortet. Das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Vielen Dank.

Maison charmante tout près de la plage

Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, cuisine très bien équipée. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Ils nous ont mis à disposition du bois et nous avons pu faire un feu de cheminée tous les jours, ce qui était fort agréable. La maison est toute proche de la plage Dossen, ainsi que du GR 34, nous avons pu faire de belles balades.

Haus mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Daniele empfangen worden, und sie stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und man kann viel in der Gegend unternehmen.

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, das dieses Jahr im Meer sehr viele Grünalgen gab. Wir sind deshalb auf andere Stränden der Region meist ausgewichen.

Wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe eines tollen Strandes

Wir durften 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich willkommen und nach kurzer Zeit fühlt man sich auch zu Hause. In der Nähe schnell erreichbar befindet sich ein traumhafter Strand. Die Gastgeber sind toll und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Auch die Bretagne ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht!

Merci à Daniele pour son accueil, la maison est très bien aménagée, pratique et tout confort. la déco est soignée. très bonne situation à 200 m de la plage et des bars restaurants de la station. belles promenades à faire à vélo autour de la maison. les propriétaires ont été bienveillants et à l'écoute de notre arrivée à notre départ. Nous recommandons fortement.

La maison est idéalement située, très joli jardin avec terrasse au calme. L’équipement et la décoration sont exceptionnels ! Il y a tout ce qu’il vous faut pour vous sentir comme chez vous, tout est choisi et mis à disposition avec beaucoup de goût. Literie très confortable. Vélos à disposition. Tout était parfait !

Entspannte Tage in der Bretagne

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus nahe am Surfstrand( Wellenreiten) . Das Haus ist zauberhaft , gemütlich , bestens ausgestattet( vor allem die Küche... ) alles was man sich wünscht ist vorhanden!!! Es ist sehr sauber. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen mit einem tollen Garten und Terrassenbereich. Nur zu empfehlen! Danke an die sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber.

Großartig und unglaublich entspannt

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, durchdacht, mit kleinen feinen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und vollständig ausgestattet - es fehlte uns an nichts und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Danièle und Alain sind super sympathische Gastgeber, die sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt sind 💙 Wir können aus ganzem Herzen einen Urlaub in Dossen in diesem wunderbaren Haus empfehlen, der unfassbare Strand liegt direkt vor der Haustür, die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär, der Ort ist herrlich ruhig und nicht touristisch überlaufen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar, bezaubernde Orte ebenso, dazu so empathische Gastgeber - was will das Urlauberherz mehr?! Superbe pause dans cette maison pour la fin d’année

4 jours passés dans cette maison; un séjour reposant, calme, et très agréable. La maison est jolie, très fonctionnelle, tout y a été bien pensé; elle est propre, les équipements sont de qualité, et elle est magnifiquement décorée. A 3min de la mer, des embruns, top. Les propriétaires Danièle et Alain nous ont très bien accueillis, et nous ont mis dans les meilleures dispositions. A recommander.

Unser schönstes Ferienhaus bisher

Wir hatten noch nie ein Ferienhaus, bei dem jedes kleinste Detail so schön abgestimmt war. Von den Bildern über die Möbel hin zur Bettwäsche und den Accessoires - alles wirkt wie frisch vom Innenarchitekt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, nichts fehlt. Der Raum unter der Treppe ist zu einer gepolsterten Lesehöhle ausgebaut; das ganze Haus ist unglaublich gemütlich. Der herzliche Empfang durch die Gastgeber tut ein Übriges. Natürlich stehen auch Landkarten, Reiseführer und andere Unterlagen bereit, dazu zwei Leihfahrräder. Wir werden es vermissen!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très belle maison de bord de mer, restaurée avec très bon goût. Tout y est de qualité : matériaux (pierre et bois), électroménager, linge de maison… Les + : une véranda et un jardin agréables, une douche et wc extérieurs (pratique pour le retour de plage), le calme et la proximité de la magnifique plage du Dossen. Les - : on cherche encore … ;-) Un grand merci à Danièle et Alain pour leur formidable accueil et leurs attentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wunderschönes Haus mit persönlichem Ambiente und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, wunderschöne Terrasse mit angrenzendem Sitzbereich, absolut sauber, aller Notwendige verfügbar, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und ideale Lage für tolle Ausflüge (zu Fuss, mit dem Rad und Auto), großer, sauberer, riesiger, weitläufiger Strand in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, mit vorgelagerter Insel, haben uns rundum wie Zuhause gefühlt. WUNDERBAR!!!

Très jolie maison avec prestations de grande qualité

La maison est très belle, tout à fait conforme aux photos, très propre et avec un niveau d’équipement très rare pour une maison en location (du linge de très belle qualité, équipements de cuisine haut de gamme, radiateurs haut de gamme etc…). Très bon séjour, des propriétaires charmants, nous reviendrons certainement !
