Front desk staff was great. Motel is dated but ok except for the mattress. Breakfast is ok, typical motel breakfast.Biggest complaint is the lack of maid service for the rooms. No clean towels. No bed made up. Trash cans not emptied. Inquired at the desk and they said they only clean the rooms every other day. Apparently, it was cleaned sometime before we arrived and will be cleaned sometime after we departed.This is what you would expect from an old roadside motel, not what you would expect from a Hilton property.

After a long ride I was greeted by front desk staff with a smile, which brighten my night of driving through the mountains. The breakfast was good!! I didn't really use any of the amenities. It was quiet during my stay which was a plus. It was close to the casino which was my purpose for being there😁 The rates wasn't bad. I most likely will stay here again. I don't remember her name but I want to say thank you for the directions. We made it back home safely.

When I checked in, they gave me a handicap room feel sorry for the people that were handicapped because the bathroom amenities were terrible. I’m not handicapped and did not ask for a handicap therefore didn’t start out right and from there on it didn’t really matter although the soda machines either were empty out of order or weren’t plugged in.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are in need of renovation and they are quite dark. Breakfast was fine. However, the room was only cleaned once after 5 nights (Covid is over!) and the pillows were low quality. Would not stay in this hotel again.

Great reception by lady with the knitted hat, she was happy upbeat and explained all services and information. She made us feel welcomed. Room was clean and hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast set up was very clean and freshly cooked foods. All the staff were people friendly and our pet was appreciated and even given treats when we checked in. I would surely stay there on my next trip. They represent our family expectations of a Hilton affiliated hotel.

It is always nice to start the day with a complimentary breakfast - the offerings here were particularly well managed. Very tidy and freshened frequently. The clerk was very friendly at checkin.
