Hotel was awesome. The rooms in the Valley tower were nicely put together and designed. I loved the pool, the valet parking and the woman at the bell area that took our bags to our room and get ice for us. The people were nice at this location, even though some of the room cleaners could be more personable. Only negative is night one my wife had bites appear on her legs and the last night i woke up with bites on my back. We never went outside but stayed inside for our 2 day stay. I told the front desk woman that they might want to check out the room before booking someone in that room and she just asked me did I need medical help for someone to look at me. That didn't make sense. Wasn't being sensitive to my situation as a possible bed bug situation. I just said no I'm just leaving.
