Great location Clean Small rooms and small shower but understandable given that is an old structure in the historical district. There is no elevator so for older guest it may be a little hard to walk to the third floor.

There were bugs all over and powder to attempt to kill the bugs they left it everywhere it was actually disgusting I’m sorry I did not stay the night wasted my two nights worth of money, had to have my family wire me some of my savings.. it rrly sucked. It won’t let me upload pics of bugs but this is sum fecal residue from them

Limpio, la habitación muy pequeña pero bonita, lo maravilloso de este lugar es que esta a 100 metros de la catedral, eso es divino. Esta en la parte peatonal por lo que recomiendo que de ser posible no carguen con maletas enormes. Nosotros lo que hicimos fue estacionar el coche en un estacionamiento publico que esta a 100mt adelante de la entrada de esa calle, ahí en el estacionamiento hicimos una pequeña maleta para dos días y listo. Disfrutamos mucho estar en el mero centro. El acceso es con una clave que te da el hostal, no hay recepción ni personal asi que tu entras solo con tu clave que es la misma para la habitación.

So, the room itself was great, however… there was no WiFi as promised in my booking. When I inquired about it, the staff chose to ignore me. Also, if you are physically challenged… please consider staying elsewhere… my room was on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Great location. Easy access to the property. Immediate response to any questions. Great customer service! The place is very safe, clean . It could use a better cleaning on the shower walls there is a bit ok mold from humidity. Also the pillows have a bit of mildew. Need news ones.

Oxford Suites, Santiago de Compostela – Stay Review Our stay at Oxford Suites was good overall. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, although a bit small. It had its own washroom, which was a nice plus. A few things to keep in mind if you plan to stay here: The TV doesn’t have any English channels, so if you want to watch something in English, you might be out of luck. The hotel sign is very small and easy to miss, so definitely use Google Maps to find it. If you book through Expedia, make sure you keep your booking code handy. The hotel doesn’t have a formal 24/7 reception desk. Instead, they handle check-ins through a restaurant next door, which has limited hours. You’ll need that code to enter both the building and your room, so save it carefully. Also, communication outside of reception hours is mainly through WhatsApp. Overall, it’s a nice, cozy place to stay if you’re prepared for the self-check-in system.

Great location, barely mediocre accommodation

Great location however the room smelled awful and musty. I had to keep opening the window to be able to breathe but every time I left the room someone went in and closed it so I continue to return to an awful smelling room. Could not figure out how to work the AC unit so I had to leave the window open overnight which was noisy. No elevator for luggage. Great hot water in the bathroom, loved the central location. One large pillow to cover the bed versus two pillows so that made sleeping a little awkward. For the price I have to say I would not stay again, primarily due to the odor

Very close to the Cathedral area, and a bit noisy at night with people on the street. With windows closed, it had good soundproofing. Difficult to get an early check in. Only staffed during limited hours at the nearby restaurant.

Don’t stay here. There are no staff on site. No support available. We stayed for two nights and could not shower because water was cold. I send a message about this to the Whatsapp number provided, there was no response. Wifi was not working for half a day and again there was never a response to my message. The only good thing about this property is the location as it is next to the Cathedral. The pictures of the property are misleading. The room and bathroom is small. This is like a rooming house not a hotel and there is no support on site or by phone. You have to fend for yourself.
