Travelled with family and small children
Upon arrival. The receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Then the person in charge of the apartment said they never received a booking from Expedia and that our reserved apartment was occupied by another guest. Leaving us without a place to stay in the middle of nowhere since the location is not very ideal either.
