This was an amazing hotel. The river is right behind the hotel. The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Will definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed here in the past and noticed a decline in the condition of the hotel this recent trip. It is sad that this property isn’t really being taken care of. The power shut off numerous times, with the back up generator taking a long time to kick in. Overall, the staff seemed bored and didn’t want to be bothered, particularly the young man at the front desk when we checked in. The waiters attending the pool were the friendliest staff.

Unser Deluxe-Garten-Zimmer war eine große Enttäuschung. Es war extrem alt und abgewohnt, und das Badezimmer war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Hier besteht dringend Renovierungsbedarf. Die Hotelanlage an sich ist jedoch sehr schön. Besonders der Fluss und der gepflegte Garten schaffen eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider wurde diese durch einige Mängel getrübt. Die Musik am Pool war viel zu laut, was die Entspannung erheblich erschwerte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend – die Qualität der Speisen ließ zu wünschen übrig, und die Präsentation war unappetitlich. Zudem musste ich an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Morgenden mehrfach nach heißem Wasser für meinen Tee fragen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das À-la-carte-Essen, das qualitativ gut war. Ein großes Ärgernis war jedoch, dass wir trotz anderslautender Angabe in der Buchungs-App extra für unser Kind bezahlen mussten. Insgesamt gibt es hier viel Verbesserungspotenzial. Leider würden wir das Hotel so nicht weiterempfehlen.

There needs to be repairs to the bedrooms, I fell down in the bathtub because the water began poring out. However, a plus, they changed my room immediately. I enjoyed my stay nevertheless besides those details.

The positives are a clean but small room facing the river. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was good; food tasty and service above average. Good value and an excellent place for a 1 or 2 night stay. The negatives are a very small bathroom, a room with few amenities and a room needing updating.

I liked the proximity to the river. The Sound of the river was very relaxing. I wish there were screen doors to keep bugs out.
