This property has amazing potential. I truly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was wonderful, but they have truly dropped the ball when it comes to maintenance and upgrades. This could be sold out spot if they invested in the upgrades.

Baño deteriorado

La ducha estaba en un estado inaceptable, la puerta rota, casi me cae arriba, llena de mojo, el piso de la ducha deteriorado.Pagando una estadia y encontrarse con tal asqueroridad en un baño,las camas no son cómodas, no volveria. El servicio es bueno, buen rio, desayuno bueno. Si reparan las condiciones podria darle otra oportunidad.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was very good, AC and fan worked very nice, some bathroom conditions must be addressed and better seating should also be a priority as only two plastic chairs may not suffice for a stay. Other than that, a nice place to visit.

This property is in need of renovations; when we arrived they were having problems with their amenities which could happen anywhere; however it was an issue they were having for about 2 days before we checked in. Meaning that it was passed the date for a full refund. They also have no phone number available to call for emergencies. The location needs to be renovated. Some areas need repair. The staff was kind, and tried to accommodate for the properties lacks.

The pool area and the restaurant was decent. The food was good and staff was friendly. Room was updated, fridge didn’t work, damaged walls, moldy bathroom, very low water pressure in shower, cracked door, a hole in the bathroom ceiling, no hot water, dirty towels. A room for 4 people and they only gave me 2 towels because that’s all they had they said. Also we had an unexpected guest… a cockroach. Definitely not worth 130 dollars per night. Don’t waste your money!
