The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge with salt in it, clearly used and left for a new guest, lack of attention to detail and hygiene. I had tried to cancel earlier but couldn’t, so I confirmed with the host to proceed. Later, they called saying they would keep our belongings due to a misunderstanding with Expedia, which was very unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not return or recommend.

First and foremost the guard on duty 2/7/26 was very unwelcoming and seemed annoyed.I had a guest over and he didn’t even ask for identification or ask them to sign in .He hardly looked up from his cell phone.My other issue which is the biggest concern was the roaches i seen alive and dead on the floor in the lobby and in the apartment D9.Soon as I opened the door the unit reeked of cooked food .I assume from the previous guest.I immediately took pictures and contacted the host .They agreed to refund me 40 but I have yet to receive or hear anything from the host .Very disappointing experience.Beautiful building beautiful aesthetic hands down but overall experience 5/10
