Good city hotel for a quick trip. I stay in palmetto multiple times is a safe option for pass the night. The breakfast included is very simple but good, and the rooms usually are good, sometime i had water leaks outside the shower or the bathroom very small in some of the rooms. But the hotel is functional, the staff very nice and the stay very well.

The room had poor outdoor lighting, and the bathroom had a stale odor. The staff was not very friendly. I paid upfront, but they didn’t provide any assistance in getting a refund for the unused day. I’m currently trying to reach out to the hotel via message.
