With a prime location between the countryside and the beach, this 150 m2 house, almost 100 years old, carefully restored in 2015, has been fully equipped and decorated to ensure comfort and tranquility.

The House accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and two children. Plus 2 Adults on the Exterior Bungalow.

It has a suite with a private bathroom, a double bedroom, a social bathroom, a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen.
All divisions are air-conditioned. The house is equipped with a SmartTV and cable channels.
Outside, the 80 m2 pergola and patio overlook the olive grove and the Alentejo landscape and are decorated with lamps, ottomans, sun loungers, tables, and chairs for alfresco dining. The barbecue is ideal for barbecues on warm summer evenings.

It has also a bungalow 80 meters from the main house, with a capacity for 2 people, and is equipped with a double bed, full bathroom, AC, and outside deck.

5 minutes from Cercal, where you can buy hot bread every day, and where there are supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy.
10 minutes from the beaches of Malhão, Aivados, and Porto Côvo.
