Small, Quiet, Clean, Friendly.

Stayed there 3 times on my visit to Chile. Always friendly and helpful. Some difficulties with my lack of Spanish and their lack of English but with time and trying it always worked out. Great showers!

hotel sencillo y prolijo

el piso inferior es bastante ruidoso debido a q esta la recepcion, una cosa q no ayuda es el piso flotante q lo hace mas ruidoso aún. La limpieza es muy buena y la habitacion estaba muy prolija. La atencion excelente y los empleados son extremadamente serviciales. Desayuno muy sencillo y basico.

Agradable estancia

Desde el primer momento, el recepcionista nocturno fue muy atento a la llegada. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con la llave pero se solucionaron de inmediato. El hotel queda en un sector muy lindo de la ciudad. Un poco apartado de la principal avenida de la comuna, pero con locomoción cerca. El desayuno esta bien por el precio.

Simple y cómodo

Excelente relación costo beneficio. Algo que no tiene que ver nada con el hotel es advertir que algunos taxistas de Santiago alteran el taxímetro cobrando mas dinero principalmente a los extranjeros. Averigüen antes y no se dejen robar. Si algo extraño observan tengan el valor de decir que van a llamar a los policías antes de pagar y tomen los datos del taxi. Esto los intimida. Los chilenos en general son personas buenas y honestas, a excepción de algunas pocas personas que conducen taxi y tratan de abusar de los extranjeros.

Bom, falta frigobar no quarto

O hotel não tem escada e fiquei no 3 andar , na hora de ir embora minha esposa esqueceu a mala no terceiro pois não conseguiu descer pela escada , qdo cheguei no aeroporto que vi , perdi o voo pois voltei para apanhar, e tive que pagar uma multa de 50% da passagem aérea
