Really enjoyed my stay at Luciano K Hotel in Santiago. Room very comfortable and quiet and great staff from cleaners to breakfat to front desk and rooftop bar staff. Highly recommended.

Pros: Most staff friendly Nice roof top view (but see below) Bed comfortable Art decor (but faded) Location ok Neg: Breakfast quite limited and late start time (not great for tourists with day trip early starts). Many items seemed to be reused day after day (pastries stale and not fresh). Generally felt quite tired and untidy. Place needs a deep clean and painting and better maintenance throughout - one example our hot water broke for one night. The staff were helpful and let us shower on a different floor, but not ideal. Pool on rooftop was dirty and seemed unmaintained. Pictures looked a lot better than reality. If you were up in the afternoon it was used as a staff rest area with staff smoking and having their breaks. Everything felt a bit dirty and unclean. That said, bar man was very friendly and efficient . This place could be great with some small improvements

The hotel is located in a quiet area. There plenty of restaurants nearby and a lovely park across the street. The hotel itself is lovely, decor is really nice. The rooftop bar is great. All staff, reception, cleaners and bar staff are friendly and helpful. I really liked this hotel.

Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Very eager to make one feel welcome and taken care of. An aide and the other young lady ( who I am sad to say I seem to forgot ) at desk were great. We had a very early flight and breakfast was waiting for us as was prearranged with the night clerk also very accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended

The bed was super comfy and the staff very helpful and responsive. We loved the rooftop bar, but the “pool” was less than expected and if that’s what you’re looking for, keep looking. And uber or taxi is cheaper than what the hotel will arrange. But the location was perfect and the stay overall very good.

Comfortable stay in a great location

The room was on the smaller side but about what we expected for a big city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, so we slept well. We appreciated the central location, within walking distance of many sights and dining options. The rooftop bar view is beautiful, but we didn’t love that smoking is allowed there.

The hotel sits in a good location near a metro station and close to a nice park. The National Museum is only about a 12 minute walk and there are a lot of dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a really perfect balance of history and renovated amenities. The staff were incredible all around. Rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet. The pool needs a but more care as it is popular with the birds but otherwise the roof is amazing and I enjoyed it every day I was there. Exercise extra caution after dark in the area around the hotel. Person on moped attempted to snatch my phone 1 block away. Hotel feels safe and secure. Just extra caution is needed after dark. Highly recommend for a visit to Santiago. Walkable to many many great museums and neighborhoods.

I stayed at this property as a solo traveler and everyone was so helpful and kind. I felt really protected and safe at this hotel. It was also close to shopping, museums and great restaurants. The front desk staff was always so helpful and kind and always willing to answer questions. The restaurant staff was also great and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling solo or want to be in the heart of the city.
