The hotel staff were fantastic - very friendly and very helpful. The room was outdated but okay The restaurant in the hotel was basic, some staff were friendly but the majority (mainly the younger male waiters) were unwelcoming!!

Had a great time here. The staff were amazing, incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond with a few extra requests we had. Room was very good, quiet, comfortable big bed and great shower. Great location lots of restaurants bars and shops within 10 minutes walk.

Stayed at the Park Palace Santiago—common areas were dated but comfortable enough. The rooftop pool was the highlight, perfect for unwinding with a great view. Unfortunately, the rooms felt very old and definitely need a serious update. Decent stay overall, but the place is showing its age.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was not ready when we arrived but we knew we would have to wait. Breakfast is very good. One of our family members had her purse stolen. Only then did the staff member not become helpful. They wouldn’t call the police and ask them to come to the hotel. Only told us to go to police station. This was the only time they weren’t helpful.
