Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

My wife and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary and we decided to make Solace our stay of choice, the staff was very customer friendly and even though we spoke English they made sure the information provided was clear and precise, a big thank you to our room maid Nicole she made sure our room was properly clean, overall it’s a 5 star rating for us and we would definitely book our stay at SOLACE again it was a great experience.

Great hotel in great location by restaurants and stores. The train is nearby. All the main sites we visited didn't take long to walk too. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection which is included with your stay.

Great hotel that is located in a great area. There are several restaurants and stores. We walked everywhere and didn't feel it was far from anything. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide free water and soda in the room along with breakfast every morning with many options. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Solace – With Just a Few Suggestions… We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Solace in Santiago. The hotel is beautifully decorated, ideally located - close to everything we needed, yet still felt peaceful and tucked away - and the staff was exceptional. Every team member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and went above to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was fantastic. It featured a lovely view, a very comfortable bed, and high-quality linens that made it feel like a true retreat. The only minor issues we noted were in the bathroom: the shower drain cover was loose, and the toilet seat was a bit worn. These are small things that, if addressed, would make the experience even better. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the morning of our arrival. The food was good, especially the eggs made to order, which came out hot and fresh. However, some of the pre-prepared items like sausages and scrambled eggs on the buffet could have been kept warmer. It’s a minor improvement I’d recommend to enhance the meal experience. A standout perk was the Lavazza coffee - available 24/7 in the lobby, and also in your room with a convenient Lavazza K-Cup machine. It was such a treat and truly appreciated by coffee lovers like us! Despite the few suggestions, none of them took away from our overall experience. We would absolutely return to Hotel Solace on our next trip to Santiago and happily recommend it to others looking for a stylish, comfortable.
