Hidden gem

Quiet and safe location, spacious room, large bed. In room coffee maker with free Nescafe capsules, free Lavazza coffee maker in lobby. Rooftop pool with beautiful view and reasonable prices. Metro station round the corner, excellent restaurants within 10 min walk. Would choose again.

I liked that the property was in close proximity to restaurants and sightseeing. But the sink in the bathroom stayed clogged throughout my stay even though I let them know twice about this problem. The shower door would not close and all the water would run onto the floor.

This was the second time we stayed in the solace. A conscious decision because of location, staff, and room quality. We also found yet more excellent restaurants and that one end of the cable car was also just a short walk ( or cycle ) away.

Quiero agradecer especialmente a los empleados de recepción, quienes me brindaron su apoyo ante una situación personal que me obligó a acortar mi estadía. Desk staff extremely helpful and spoke good English. Breakfasts were very good with a lot of variety. Rooftop restaurant quite lovely, reasonably priced and good food selection.recommend playing more local music and not awful 80s pop American music.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff who provided excellent service to us. We had dinner at the rooftop bar and the service was fantastic. Room was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

Good moderately sizes hotel with a rooftop pool and bar/ restaurant. Pool small but nice gathering point. The area around has a number of good to very good restaurants. Ask at reception (!they are very helpful and speak English well) walkable into Santiago centre.

Great service. Service were very polite, kind and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Having access to coffee and water all day is ideal. Rooftop was pretty and well designed. Gym was a bit disappointing but had all the essentials.

A very nice hotel with a great pool, gym and bar area. The service in the rooftop bar is pretty bad and they had less than half the food and drinks menu available but the view is worth it. The rooms are excellent
