Hotel.com have one hour more than few days

What you want me to say about hotel.com and this place. I waited there for 6 hours outside as premises was locked and the number given to call them replied me that coming in 10 mins. Than i called hotel.com and they told me that i will get back solution and they will call me back. There was raining so i called them back. They told me that i have to wait for 1 hour and will call me. I am waiting for this call until now. Don't know when hotel.com's one hour will complete. Very great experience
