The air conditioner doesn’t work!!! It’s a 4 flights of stairs to get the unit(not a problem) but with no air conditioner and 90 degrees outside, HUGE PROBLEM. Talked to the owner and he lied and said that it was on the description. It was not in the description. After that he added it to the description. The owner is a not honest. The location is a 10, but that’s about it. Old furniture and stale smell. I didn’t get a chance to look at the rest of the property because there was NO WAY I’m staying anywhere that the air conditioner doesn’t work.
