the rooms were horrible, dirty sheets dirty pillow cases, the sodas in the fridge were staill and hot, the service was horrible no room service at all but they claim to have it after 11pm everytime i called i was told to walk to a snack bar which had cold fries and burgers, no ice for your room ever, i also had 4 men walk into my room without knocking to add a phone line to the room while i was laying down... unacceptable i told front desk all they can do is say sorry and nothing else, also as i was coming back from seeing the cold snack bar the crew put some chemical in the elevators that made me choke and my mother aswell to the point where i was calling the staff for help and no responds on any line i was giving they responded 30min later sayin we are aware sorry. this place is a joke nothin to do nothin to eat unsafe, one more thing my safe was open when i was gone for a day out the hotel i came back to my safe open and my dresser near my bed the items i had in there was taken.. never coming back 0stars stayyy awayy

This is very new building. Room is spotless and spacious. And shower is HUGE. Staff is very welcoming Checked in and checked out with Siudersy flawlessly. Food in a buffet is excellent. Espresso and signature frappuchinno from barista Barbara is something I will remember for awhile

Staff was amazing!!!!! Great customer service. Hotel is still being renovated so not 100% up and running wish they had activities to do throughout the day and night but totally understandable for a new hotel that’s still being worked on. Super clean and was super relaxing. I would come again and totally recommend for people thinking of going and want to relax.

The rooms were very nice, the front desk/concierge/bellstaff staff were really nice. The food options was very limited for an all inclusive resort. There were times when there wasn't any food available during the day. The most annoying party was Tlthere had a soft opening to one of the new restaurants and the resort guest weren't allowed to attend, only social mediola influencers. That was very disappointing. Overall my stay was nice and relaxing. Just needs more food options. The resort has alot of potential to being great.
