Nachdem ich die Villa Arismar Caribean Paradise am 20. oder 21. Dezember 2025 gebucht und bezahlt hatte, ging ich davon aus, dass es sich um ein seriöses Unternehmen handelte und ich mich auf die Bedingungen verlassen konnte. Am 23. Dezember versuchte ich, den Gastgeber zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Am Morgen des 24. Dezembers versuchte ich es noch mehrmals. Leider ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Um 15:00 Uhr am 24. Dezember begab ich mich zur gemieteten Villa, in der Annahme, dass dort jemand sein würde. Leider ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Ich stand vor der Tatsache, dass ich ein Buffet für 30 Personen bestellt hatte und keinen Platz für die Veranstaltung hatte und nicht wusste, wohin ich die Gäste und das Buffet bringen sollte, also versuchte ich mehrmals, über Sie (Vrbo) etwas anderes zu organisieren. Auch in diesem Fall sagte man mir, ich solle einen Moment warten, man würde sich darum kümmern und mich anrufen. Auch in diesem Fall passierte nichts und man half uns überhaupt nicht weiter. Ich habe mehr als zwei Stunden am Telefon verbracht ... für nichts. Am 24. Dezember um 19:30 Uhr musste ich alle Gäste nach Hause schicken, und außerdem gab es an diesem Tag keine Möglichkeit mehr, ein Restaurant für so viele Personen zu reservieren. Es war eine Familienfeier ohne Gäste! Die gesamten Kosten für diese Familienfeier beliefen sich auf mehr als 2600 Schweizer Franken. Das ganze war ein grosser Reinfall mit einem Betrüger in Santo Domingo. Ich kann nicht verstehen wie es soweit kam.
