The hotel was nice and well kept. My only issue is I wanted to use the pool at 10pm. I put on slippers, trunks and a t shirt. Well when I got there I was patted down at the entrance and they took my one Presidente beer. I got to the top floor where the pool was and surprise, it was actually a night club. Lol. High end and sophisticated. It would’ve been nice if that what I wanted. The property was super safe and the breakfast with really nice. The restaurant has a 24hour minimum which was nice if you need it.

I had originally book an executive suite. Upon entering I noticed several roaches roaming on the te ice bucket. Not a great 1st impression. I advise the front desk I was switched to another room which not update on the other side. While Rome was visibly not updated it looked cleaner than newly remodeled executive rooms. Front asked if I was ok with my room and said yes because I did not want to be inconvenienced further.

My stay at this hotel was somewhat disappointing. One of the main frustrations was the confusing layout of the elevators, which had little to no signage, making it difficult to navigate the property. It was frustrating trying to find my way around, especially after a long day of travel. The room itself was quite underwhelming. It had a kitchenette, but unfortunately, it was completely empty—no cups, no coffee pot, nothing at all that would make it functional. It felt more like a space than a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a letdown. On a positive note, parking was excellent, easy to access and very convenient. There was also a store nearby where I could purchase essentials, which was helpful during my short stay. Overall, I was glad I only stayed for two days, as the lack of amenities and confusing layout detracted from what could have been a more comfortable experience.

The friendliness of the housekeeping and parking employees was very nice. The cleanliness of the whole building in general and in particular the rooms was very outstanding, absolutely zero complain. The attention, service and the food at the restaurant were excellent. The hotel needs to make some arrangements in order to soundproof the rooms since the hallways are very noisy at certain hours. Five stars!

Hotel was in a grrat area for shopping. Overall hotel was clean except for the jacuzzi. Not worth paying more for a jacuzzi room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cant really use the pool to relax as is part of the Bar area.
