Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
water seeping on two wall areas, neglected so they show black mole presence. Kitchen flooring has lots of pitting. At first glance the pitting look as to a large amounts of insects are on the floor. I actually started to stomp the appeared pest. (REPAIR or REPLACE Kitchen Flooring. lack of cleanliness through out Unit. Patio Door has a cable across the thress hold & dooor lacks a secure LOCK
