Roupa de cama e banho de péssima qualidade,

Apesar da recepcao bonita, a verdade é que as acomodações nao sao nada confortáveis. Passamos apenas uma noite e parecia que estavamos em um hotel de beira de estrada: Camas moles, travesseiros super finos, lencois finos e toalhas super desgastadas. Nao ficaria novamente.

Serviço de quarto demora a responder aos pedidos de limpeza, café da manhã não é o que aparece na propaganda, o espaço é pequeno para a grande demanda de hóspedes faltando local para sentar e louça para se servir ocasionando filas de espera para tomar o café, fora a desorganização também. Fiquei por 7 dias e o cartão para abrir a porta do apartamento todo dia falhava e tinha que ir a recepção para recarrega-lo. Pelo custo benefício até que compensa, porém não é um local que voltarei a me hospedar quando retornar a cidade.

Péssima experiência

Não gostei de absolutamente nada. Na entrada, a recepcionista atendia os clientes como se estivesse fazendo um favor. Não havia bons modos, tampouco organização do atendimento. Ao adentrar o quarto, comecei a escorregar. Uma espécie de sebo por todo o chão. O café da manhã, regular. No entanto, não havia organização. As mesas ficavam lotadas de louças sujas, enquanto faltavam pratos e talheres para as pessoas comerem.
