During my 5 day visit in the Brazil, the hotel is the only place that charged me in Brazilian Reals with a ridiculous conversion fee of 12.3% to US Dollars, which neither the hotel, nor the Expedia staff helped to resolve. No other restaurant, bar, or any place in Brazil charged such conversion fee, but the hotel. Pay in advance through Expedia, or else you are ripped.

This property was very clean and nice! The front desk was amazing, and with attention to details. Breakfast was a plus. Nice neighborhood in SP , but needed transportation to get around in short distances to shops.

I loved my stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in São Paulo. Lovely staff and everyone was more or less bilingual though I spoke to them mostly in Portuguese.
