Ho-hum

poor internet, fuzzy tv channels. Solid breakfast, late checkout. Disinterested staff at reception. Looks like a place that gets a lot of business during the week and loads up on 2nd string staff at the weekend.

Atendimento ruim.

Atendimento sofrível as necessidades dos hóspedes. Secador quebrou e a atendente da Recepção informou que não podia fazer nada, pois não tinha outro. Colchão horrível e camas estreitas. Café da manhã razoável . Não volto mais.

Hotel ruim em todos os sentidos!

Apto muito ruim, muito apertado, grande parte da metragem do apto é um corredor de entrada, o hóspede tem uma passagem estreita na frente da cama , colchão já com sinais de desgaste no meio, afundado os lençóis ficam soltos na cama, escorregando , apto bem ruim ! “Armário de péssima apresentação “! O hotel economiza até nos cartões de acesso ao quarto, duas pessoas um cartão só ! Pedi outubro cartão a recepcionista reclamou, disse que o hotel tinha custos por isso não davam e se não devolvesse iriam me cobrar! Café da manhã +ou -! Toda dia tinha que renovar o cartão para entrar no apto, sinceramente não sei como o hotel tinha uma pontuação boa quando fui reservar ! Decepcionante! Qualquer ibis ou hotel mais simples seria muito melhor que esse !
