Check-in and cleanliness can improve

Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment. Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished. I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods. The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases.

As acomodações são perfeitas, e a comunicação rápida e eficaz! Só o banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar! Os azulejos são brancos e os rejuntes estão mto encardido com bastante limbo… merece um pouco mais de atenção

Boa localização

Boa localização geográfica, embora que a rua fosse barulhenta - ficamos no primeiro andar. O prédio, contudo, bem silencioso. O checkin virtual é muito prático. A limpeza poderia ser melhor, principalmente o banheiro e a cozinha, incluindo as panelas. A taxa de limpeza é cara pelo serviço prestado. Senti falta d e uma chaleira elétrica e um grill, mas os demais utensílios atenderam a necessidade. Dada a natureza da viagem, não tive acesso às áreas de lazer.
