The hotel is OK but for the price I expected a bit more. Breakfast is nice, a large variety of hot and cold foods. The coffee is OK. My room had a broken warm water knob. They changed my room. The new room had poor to no internet connection and thus the smart TV kept disconnecting. Should be easy to fix. The bed sleeps nicely. There is late check out at 12:00 p.m. Room faces busy street with a lot of noise. The neighborhood isnt particularly nice to walk around in. Parking isnt free. It is 50 BRL for 2x 12 hours. For the price you pay for the hotel it should be free. For the same price you can book a complete studio in a nice area with free parking, pool, gym and kitchen. This one is good for business travellers I guess.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we received at Hotel Global Grupos do Brasil in São Paulo, which we booked through your platform. Upon arrival, we were assigned the wrong room. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention, they assured us that the issue would be resolved the next morning. Based on this promise, I booked an additional room at the same hotel using my Expedia rewards. However, after the first night, we followed up again, and the staff began giving us different excuses, while still promising to resolve the issue by evening. When we returned later that day, they informed us the hotel was fully booked, and we remained in the same small, uncomfortable room. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Frankly, we can’t help but feel we may have been treated unfairly, possibly due to being American tourists. Before leaving a negative public review, I wanted to give you the opportunity to review this situation and hopefully take appropriate action. I trust that Expedia values its customers and will help resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Quarto muito bom, limpo e espaçoso. Um dos únicos hotéis que comportava 4 pessoas. A localização é boa, porém há bastante mendigos na redondeza no hotel. Há estacionamento pago ao lado do hotel. Um incômodo foi o barulho de carros devido a estar do lado de uma avenida, a noite toda tinha barulho de movimeto. Havia cortina black out no quarto, mas uma luz de led ficava aparecendo mesmo apagada em cima da cama. O chuveiro deve estar precisando de manutenção pois todo o tempo ficava esquentando e esfriando sozinho. No geral voltaríamos a ficar no hotel, foi uma boa experiência.
