Localizado em área com muitos moradores de rua e viciados. Presença deles é constante próximo ao hotel. Quarto com bastante barulho e poucas opções de conforto. Conta somente com TV e ventilador com janelas voltadas para o Hall do andar do hotel. Banheiro com box pequeno e chuveiro dando choque. Chave da porta do quarto emperrando com frequência, gerando dificuldade na abertura e fechamento. Funcionários prestam um bom atendimento e são prestativos, porém o prédio e a manutenção não ajudam. Bom p quem não quer gastar mto e ficar próximo de áreas de compra famosas como sta Efigenia, Bras e 25 de março.
