A localização ao lado da Rua Santa Efigênia, perto de estação do metrô. Da equipe muito atenciosa. O fato de ter estacionamento ajuda muito, mesmo que cobrado a parte. O quarto é simples mas limpo e com colchão, roupa de cama e chuveiros bons. Excelente custo benefício
