Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Qualidade e preço bom

Totalmente sorprendida, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos, fiquei com medo do setor mas nesses dias me senti muito segura pois tem muito polícia ao redor, tem segurança fora do hotel literalmente na porta na noite enteira, acomodação totalmente confortável! Café da manhã muito gostoso só como falei poderia ter suco natural e não de pó, mas literalmente a experiência foi muito boa
