I was robbed

I was robbed of sleep every single morning here by staff coming into the room before 9am asking if guests had trash. She always woke everyone up and nobody ever had any trash. (There is a trash can outside of the room in the hallway!) A better use of her time would be cleaning the communal bathroom which was always wet and gross with bugs crawling on the floor. Aside from this the location was okay. Oh and the dorm gets very very chilly at night with windows closed and a/c off, but there is an extra charge to use the necessary blanket. Argh!

Cute hostel close to the park

I loved my stay in São Paulo and Iberapuera Park was my favorite part. This hostel is very close and the staff is amazing! They went sooooooo far out of their way to make me feel comfortable and it was very much appreciated! The space was nice and didn't seem crowded at all. I'm sure with a full house it could have been a bit tight, but I was ok! The garden was lovely. This was my first stay in a hostel so a few things I didn't know: you'll pay for blankets, towels, locks, etc. not a huge fee, 5-10 reais each. No big deal, but I didn't know quite how it all worked!

Banheiro de banho sem fechadura nas duas portas, sem pendurador de roupa, limpeza precária no quarto e no banheiro... Achei o ambiente pouco organizado e limpeza média. Não tem boas roupas de cama. Os armários são ruins, parte deles está com defeito e não tranca. Vale a pena pra quem quer apenas um lugar pra dormir um noite, mais que isso eu me incomodaria muito. Resumo: Não é bom, mas não é horrível.
