Terrible terrible automated service with helpless and clueless agents that type off a script. Good luck getting any help durong your stay. Useless!

Terrible experience. The customer service is horrible - they didn't send me the code to access the building prior to the arrival, so I needed to stay outside with my luggages for 20 min until someone could fix that. There was mold in the bathroom and the living room AC wasn't working properly - there was water leaking from it onto the sofa, which means that we couldn't use the sofa too. They don't have a phone number we can call if we need any help, only a wahstapp number that takes minutes to give us any feedback.

Excelente localização

Pontos fortes: apartamento limpo, diversas tomadas, cama boa, travesseiros ótimos, comunicação via WhatsApp sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa, localização excelente. Ponto fraco é o tamanho do box no banheiro.
