This was our second time staying here, the hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious with great views (from the upper floors). The only gripe is when showering there is no drainage and water collects around the upper "shelving" surrounding the tub.

Limpo, confortável, amplo, com o quarto feinho.

Limpeza, gentileza dos atendentes, muito bom… localização, interessante para nosso tipo de viagem… estrutura, quarto feio, antigo e com gambiarras nos acabamentos. Porém chuveiro, cama , espaço muito bons. Vista da cidade bem interessante. Café da manhã simples. No geral um ótimo custo benefício. Ficaria novamente e indico para conhecidos não muito exigentes. Excelente custo-benefício

Já estive neste flat antes.. é o melhor custo benefício, pois alinha espaço, localização (perto da estação Santana do metrô) e boa estrutura ao redor. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado, mas providenciaram uma mudança de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento atencioso na recepção, bom café da manhã. A lojinha de conveniência ao lado da recepção ajuda bastante! Voltarei com certeza quando estiver em SP.
